I dont have the same photo as that on my admit card. Can I can carry any other passport size photo as a proof?

Please arrange for the same photograph.
Since NEET is a very big and important examination, hence these things are considered big mistakes which can cause unnecessary trouble on the exam day.
The photographs have to remain the same in all documents.
