i dont have transfer Certificate but i have Migration Certificate is this ok While doing admission in College or Not ??

See its dependent on which college you are taking admission. Every college set up there own documentation criterion. So if you wish to get into some college you should check documents required and you have to work according. In general, you will not face much of a problem. But still its better to be sure.
