i dont have11th Class marksheet.. christ university is asking for it.. what should i do

If you have your 12th marks at the time of admission, you don't need your 11th marks. You just need to submit your 10th and 12th marks.
The 11th standard marks are needed only if you do not have your 12th marks at the time of admission. So don't't worry nothing will happen!
