I don't know how but I did blunder and filled general but I'm OBC NCL, is there anyway to correct it?

Could you please elaborate as to which college's form you are talking about?
Meanwhile, I suggest you go to the respective website and look for their policies regarding corrections in form or better yet, just contact them, the admnistrative department will definitely be able to help you.
