No need to worry, if you have lost your admit card and forgot your roll number what you can do is visit your email id and search email from NTA/NEET they must have sent you, your admit card in pdf form through mail, download it. If you still can't find your email than visit ntaneet.nic.in office website and go for student login and click forget roll number through which you can have it back. If you are still unable to retain it try contacting the official authorities of NTA/NEET.
