Every university/college has its own speciality. Which of the above two is better can be decided only when we know in what perspective do you wish to compare the two for!

LPU is good for Bsc Hotel mangement, Home Sciences and B.A.Also CSE is the most opted for branch at LPU.

Whereas as COE, Dehradun petro-chemical engineering is the best stream and it is considered to be one of the top colleges for petroleum enginnering in the country!
