I don't know what to do after 12th. I have completed my 12th in 2022. I didn't prepare or even registered for any entrance exams, I was totally lost for past 2 years. Now I don't know what to do whether to go in commerce field or science field. I took science in 12th. Help Me please ?

See, you are not alone and many people are in the same situation as you are currently in. So, since you have taken Science stream in your class XII, then I would suggest you to continue with the same field as now switching into some different field will require a lot of dedication and then mastering it would prove to be very time consuming.
Some of the best options that you can pursue are as follows:
1. Do a B.Tech in any of your favourite branch
2. Pursue a B.Sc degree and do masters later
3. Do B.Com (//B.Com) and hunt for a high paying job after completing it
