If your not yet all interested in this college and like to attend second couselling that's up to you but remember almost all the seats are filled in all top colleges you may not get good college in second phase .I would like to give you a suggestion pay and do all the process for your first alloted college to hold your seat and then attend second couselling after completing second couselling if you got good college in second phase then put trasfer of your money to second alloted seat so by this way you will have two choices neither first seat or second
