I don't really have a particular interest in any branch. So eic from thapar but fees too high or cse from a normal average college?

if you do not have a interest in a particular branch then pls browse through the syllabus and find out which one are you comfortable studying.
if you have problems with the fee, you can take education loan.
remember the return on investment in thapar university patiala is high. the average package is 6-7 lpa.
