Hi Avishkar,

JEE-Mains has 30 questions each from Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. Each subject and topic is important and should be given equal time and effort. From the topic of organic synthesis, 2-3 questions are usually asked. You need to learn nomenclature, types of reactions, acidity and basicity thoroughly and in detail. This can be done by enough practice and hard work.

However, if you are not confident about a particular topic or chapter, it is advised to give more effort into the remaining portion and perfect that to make up for the marks of the topic which you have difficulties in. keep in mind that this is only a provisional measure and your prime objective should be to perfect each and every topic.
