Dear aspirant,
For neet NCERT is the only book you have to be focused on when you start your NEET preparation. There is no doubt , that this book is the basic book and you should definitely read, study thoroughly not for just ones, but number of times to get a crystal clear idea on the topic. If you just follow NCERT, 60% problem can be solved from there. For advanced studying MTG Chapterwise-Topicwise is the best, there you can get idea about the toughness of the questions. You should follow several YouTube video also for your basic concepts, then move on to the advanced studying.
All the best.
Hello.,
As far as my opinion i don't think it is good opinion because you have studied 12th as physics and you might get confused if you study different thing. As you have learned basics in the intermediate get started it from the basics you might take time but you can get it through learning.
Get a revised book for physics subjects and some physics mcq reference book so that you can practice well from it. Keep short and basic notes about physics to grasp it easily.

Hello student ,
If you studied NCERT in 12th then it will be easy for you and also it will not take much more time and as NCERT will be enough to score good marks in NCERT . Further i will suggest you to practice more problems ypu shoudl prefer HC VERMA and should solve MCQ from MTG . This will be enough and through this you can score good marks .
Hope it helps !
