i dont want to give entrance exam instead of that i am upgrading my skills in programming lauguages is is ok? can i become web developer?

Hope you are doing great as per the question asked by you, I would like to inform you that you do not need any basic degree for becoming web developer , the only thing is will power if you are interested and determined you can do it , start developing your skill through online classes and books and practice as much as you can , there are some companies who put some criteria of basic degree requirement but there are many who only see talent . So choose accordingly.
