I drop my class 12 in 2019 [ don't fill the form of class 12 board exam] and gave it in 2020 .. Mene schooling Kia , practical Kia or pre-board exam Sab Kia or Mera marksheet bhe ekdam fresh candidate ki tarhahe hay so am I eligible for NEET 2021??

As you said that you have completed your 12th in the year 2020 and you want to give neet in the year 2021. So you need not worry about anything as you are absolutely eligible to give the exam.
