I eat 1000 calories per day and burn 200 calories . is it enough loose weight ?

There will be only a few offsets because you are burning 200 calories in 1000 calories. It is a slow process. But, if you are thinking to lose weight, you need to change either your diet or your exercise.
You need to create an energy deficit which means you should either intake less food than your burning calories or more exercise to burn most of the calories that you took or both.
But it is very difficult to exercise more than a bad diet. It is advisable to take a limited number of calories per day.
