As per the CLAT counselling instructions, one can only get the counselling fees back if he/she exit the counselling within the prescribed time period. After that there will be no refund. Now as you have exited after the fourth list then from the counselling fee an amount of Rs. 10,000 will be deducted and the amount will be refunded to you. Now this process may take time upto a week or 7 official days. So wait for a period and I hope you will get the payment.
