First of all congractulations, though the cut offs aren't announced yet but 220 will easily give you a rank below 10k and a rank below 10k is sufficient to get some good NIT, you can predict your rank on JEE main rank predictor of Career360

On coming to DTU yes you can easily get CSE in DTU as you need approx 180 marks to cse in DTU and you have much more than that as now 12 % isn't in the frame your rank only depends upon the difficulty level and no. of students appeared in the paper, that I don't will affect you much.
