Hello Aspirant,
At first I would like to inform you that your obtained percentile and expected all India General Merit rank in NEET UG 2020 should be in between 118746 - 150896 in NEET UG 2020. Reference:
Considering you as a General-UR candidate (since you've not mentioned your category in your question) I would like to inform that it's quite difficult for you to get MBBS seats in any Government Medical College in Bangalore as well as in whole Karnataka State with this performance in NEET UG 2020. Because as per our assumption it's expected that the minimum required qualifying marks of eminent Government MBBS colleges in Karnataka for this year will be at least 570-80 where your marks is quite less than that.
In this regard you should go through the previous year's cut-off details as a reference (as without the official cut-off list released by Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) we can't tell you the precise qualifying marks in this year, so we have to follow 2019's data to make any kind of decision regarding this) through its official website or from the link provided below:

Moreover with this kind of performance there's a very little hope for Government seats in one or two private MBBS colleges, if you wish you can try for it.
Ok don't need to be disappointed or demoralised.
Here I want to suggest you one thing. If you have immense dedication and intense passion to be a renowned doctor in future, you should drop this year and go for a second attempt in next year. Think about it.
You can also use Careers360 NEET UG college predictor tool in this regard:

Wish you all the best.
You have not mentioned the category you belong to, so I am assuming you from general category
It's quite difficult to predict that whether you will get seat or not as cut off marks for medical colleges keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination etc.
But when we go through previous data then it suggests that with 419 marks you hold a low chance to get a seat in a Government Medical College
For example,
in neet 2019, 461 marks for general category was the lowest marks to get a seat in a government medical college in Bangalore under karanataka state quota and it was for Bowring and Lady Curzon Medical College and Research Institute, Bengaluru
With your marks you have chances in private medical college and deemed universities
