Congratulations on your NEET score. You certainly have a chance to get govt quota in Tamil Nadu. Your rank may be around 500 for OC category, 300 in BC category and 20 in BCM category. You can try for both government colleges and govt quota in private colleges like CMC(AIQ), Ramachandra, Saveetha etc. All the best.

You have low score so you have very less chance of getting a government seat in any of the medical Colleges in Tamilnadu. Also you will not get any government BDS colleges in Tamilnadu. Check neet Tamilnadu cutoff

Hello Raja, No, you won't get a seat in any of the medical colleges in Tamil Nadu even if you are from OBC caste and belong to the home state. 2018 Closing rank marks for the last admitted OBC candidate was in Rajah Muthiah Medical College, Annamalainagar. He scored 588 marks. All other colleges accepted marks higher than that.
