Sebc is even lower than obc and sc category. It is even lower than ews category. It is estimated to be 45.23% that sums up to 140 -150 marks. So you are overqualified already.
According to last year the closing rank was on rank 39441 in Maharashtra that is marks 508-518.You can get a private college in Maharashtra as dy patil, acpm, pdmc, etc.

Hey dear, cutoff varies year to year, if you see the last year's cutoff which went very high that even students getting 500 marks were unable to get a good govt. Mbbs seat. So, witg 456 marks you have les chances of getting mbbs if you are a general candidate. Although, you can go for bams and bhms or private colleges for mbbs.
