In 2018, the MBBS cut-off for government medical colleges in Maharashtra was between 400 to 602 for UR candidates under 85% state quota.
So if the same trend continues, you do have a chance to secure a seat in a governmnent medical college.
Dear Aspirant,
As there are fair chances you will get MBBS seat but I am sharing you the link where you can find all the cut off of all the college of Maharashtra.

I hope this will help you.
Good luck
Dear Sir/Ma'm, the qualifying cut-off in the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for general category students is 50th percentile that is 118-691 marks. With this score, you can easily get any government medical college of your choice in the All India as well as state quota counseling.
If you score more than 530 marks then you can get an MBBS Seat. But, if you want to get admission in a government college then it's a sufficient score. So, you are eligible to get admission into a government/private college. You may have fair chances if we see last year cutoff. This year cutoff is gonna go bit high so just wait for the official cutoff.
Good luck
