Its to old but if you got in 2020 above 500 then BMCRI are to chance if you are under in obc category DMC,

According to your marks 440 is good but getting a seat in govt medical in Karnataka through state quote other factor also depends like the category you belongs to, your home state others.

According to your score and previous years cutoff,you have a chance to get seat in government medical college through state quota.But it also depends on your category and cutoff as the cutoff of NEET changes every year.So wait till the official cutoff list gets released.
