With 300 marks, your All India Rank will be around280000 to 320000 approximately. Since you haven't mentioned your category, I'm assuming that you are from the general category. Getting a seat in any government medical college will be difficult for you with this rank. You should apply for some state counseling. Also note that the cut-off rank changes every year depending on the difficulty of the paper, and the number of candidates appearing for it.
