Hello Shweta
It would be difficult to tell you exactly as the cutoff varies from year to year deopending on various factors. However, according to the previous year NEET cutoff, chances would be less of getting a seat in government medical colleges of Bihar.

Hey Shweta,
according to your expected marks, its good but your marks are little less for getting admission in govt. college. But don't get hopeless you will definitely find some better choices. You can get some colleges from college predictor of career360 app so go through it . Best of luck for your future.
Dear Sir/Ma'm, the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for admission to various medical institutions all across India was held on the 5th of May 2019. The qualifying cut-off for general category is 118-691 marks and for Scheduled Caste, Tribe and OBCs is 96-118 marks. However, crossing the qualifying cut-off alone doens't guarantee you a seat. With the aforesaid mark, I must tell you that it is possible to get a seat, maybe not in the first round, but you do have a chance in the second or third round of counseling. All you have to do is wait till the state counseling starts.
