Hi Anindya,
In order to get admission into KEmpegowda Institute of Medical Science the minimum score for general category is 500+ and for reserved category s 480+ in NEET as per previous year report. As per your score of 460 in NEET 2019 so you have probable chance to get into KIMS if cutoff varies this year. Let's hope for the best .
