See it is little bit difficult to predict exactly whether you get seat or not because different colleges have different cut-offs for State quota and All India Quota. Also, cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.
But although according to the marks and category you have mentioned in the question your rank is expected to be in the range of 8850-10500 and on the basis of this rank you have chances of getting into Government Medical Colleges of Punjab according to previous year's cut-offs which you can check out from the link given below :-

Last year the lowest cut-off marks for Guru Gobind Singh Medical College and Hospital, Faridkot was 518 under Home State quota for General category.
