i fail in class 12 in 2019 & i will give improvement exam ,then how many chanse will i have to appear in IIT exam? please full detailed ans
Hi Rahul,
I'm very sorry to see that your 12th boards result was not upto the mark. Now taking into account that you have not given JEE mains exam this year, Then according the rules and eligibility criteria laid by conduction authorities, A student is eligible to to give JEE mains exams 3 consecutive times. And if the student qualifies JEE mains then to be eligible to give JEE advanced exam he/she should have a minimum of 75% marks in 12th boards.
A student is eligible to give the JEE advanced exams twice in consecutive years. Now if by chance you are unable to clear the jee advanced exam, then you must have a minimum of 75% in boards in order to sit for JOSAA counselling for colleges that give admission with JEE mains marks.
I hope I was able to clear your Doubt,
Do post your queries if you have any on the portal.
Thank you
Ues sir, i know that its very much critical thing that you gailed in 12 exam and going for improvement exam.
But let me yell you that admoission in iit is based on 12 exan results and mainly depends on your score in competitive exam.
If you pass in your subjects that you have filed but not scote well in gujcet exam then you may fail to get admission.
For iit admissions, theyou should have to pass in all subjects of 12 exam with 50% marks and also get good score card in competitive exam
Because, the marks of competitive exam prior most as you have passed in your 12th exam for iit
