I fail in my additional subject(comp sc).But my overall marks is more than 50%. Am I still eligible for agricultural universities(ICAR)

Hey Debashis,
As per your question, it is necessary to get qualified in your previous cource first. When you will get qualified then only you are eligible to fill up application forms for further different cources i.e; in agriculture. Moreover, you should contact first to that specified university because different universities have different criterias.
