Hi Jay,
no, you cannot change streams like that.
if you want to do commerce you should take admission in 11th again in Commerce.
You should remember that all competitions and entrance exams take 11th and 12th together and ask questions from both the classes.
I would suggest you try hard and try passing 12th in science, it is not that difficult if you are ready to work hard.
After 12th you can choose to do any course you like.

But my school is saying you will able to take admission in 12tj commerce but they are saying if any problem is came in future its my responsibility.

Problems will surely occur because you don't have any knowledge of 11th commerce.. that's why I suggested not to do it.
Also in future if you try to get admission in good college they will check your 11th marksheets too and may reject your application because you had science in 11th
