I failed chemistry class 12 in 2017 and I have given the exam this year again. Am I eligible for admission into bits?

Very sorry to hear sir. But the good news is that you are still eligible to attempt BITSAT. BITS allows students who appeared in 12th in 2018 and students who passed in 2017 or students of 2017 who have written improvement . Attested below is the link on the BITS website with the same information.

Very sorry to say but yes Improvement must be given in all Subjects. Then only you are eligible. You can contact BITS through email regarding this issue are your State does not allow people to write exams in which you are passed. Don't call them you may not get proper answer just mail them.
