The basic eligibility criteria for doing diploma is that you will have to pass your class 10th even if you are failed in 12th class then you are eligible and you can easily apply for this course and if you want to give Olympiad then the eligibility criteria says that you should be from 1 to 12th class that means you are eligible for Olympiad level 1 ,there is no eligibility criteria for level 2 if you have cleared for level 2 then and only then you can give, but if you want to give JEE advanced then criteria for it says you need to pass your class 12th with minimum 75% for general category and there will be some relaxation for other categories so you are not eligible to give JEE advanced and before which you again need to first qualify JEE mains exam to be eligible.
