Hey riya I also have same problem. I also failed in 12th science in 2019 and I also give exam again. I didn't know anything about the syllabus. But when I was called to gseb department they told me that what you have studying in the years according to that syllabus your exam will be taken. As per my knowledge and information and research I guess Yes your syllabus will be as per new ncert syllabus for class 12th.their will be reduction in the syllabus.

And also if in 2021 you'll be taking your boards with the repeaters batch then of course you'll be taking it in March itself.
