Im really sorry to say that if you are failed in 2 subjects in CBSE then you are consider fail aspirants ,if you are failed in two subject then you are not able to take admission in any college or university for further study but you can go through compartmental or reexam which will conduct next year .Where you appear exam then after clearing exam then only you can go through the admission for next studies and i hope  it is the right decision for you .

Do not get demotivated first of all. Failures are the stepping stones towards success. Its not your failure that matters but what matters more is the way you rise up after having fall down. So now you know your efforts werent enough so try to prepare harder now and give the improvement exams of Chemistry and Biology after preparing in a better manner. If you don't want to pursue your career in science field anymore then you may have option to change course or stream or professional certificate or diploma programmes in subject related to your further career path.

If you want not to waste your time you can join diploma with your 10th marks. Else you can rewrite your failed exams as attempt.
