According to the National Testing Agency (NTA) the body that conducts NEET, you can only appear for the exam if you have passed 12th board examination with 50% aggregate score (40% if you are an OBC/SC or ST candidate).
Even if you get 50% aggregate score despite failing in one subjects, you would not be eligible for NEET because you will need a passing certificate at the time of examination.
Therefore, you are ineligible to appear for NEET unless you pass your Chemistry examination.
What can you do now : apply for improvement exam so that you can pass Chemistry. Try to get above 50% aggregate score. Since you have failed in only one examination, according to the New Education Policy (NEP), CBSE has now allowed improvement examination for one subject to be held immediately after the main examination instead of waiting for the successive examination in next year.

Don't loose hope yes u can, practice 4 hour daily chemistry even i was poor in chemistry I practice daily now I got 97 mark so u also definitely crack it ,think neet is easy not tough
