Hello Aspirant,

It does not matter if you have failed in any paper and cleared it after compartment.The eligibility criteria for appearing in JEE  mains is that a candidate should have passed his 10+2 examination from a recognised board.
But for NITs you must also have score 75% in your boards or be in top 20 percentile.
