i failed in physics but i passed out my 12 exams and also i have 50% above pcb marks though my physics marks is below the passing mark.SO if i score the neccessary marks in neet will i get any trouble in counselling.

I am sorry to say but yes, you will be facing a problem during the counselling as the eligibility is not just to get an aggregate of 50% in PCB, but also to be able to pass class 12 exam. Since you have failed in Physics, which implies that you have failed in the exam. So you are not eligible .
