I failed my 11th standard passed 12th with 81% but in the NEET PHASE 2 application form in 11th education section detail ( they ask do u passed your 11th std. and the option are given 1. Passed and 2. Not applicable ) which option should i fill ?

Didn't you passed your 11th standard? If not then how comes you had given your class 12th boards? That's very clear that you had passed your 11th be it by giving compartment exam, you have passed else you shouldn't able to give ypur 12th boards. Now you have the option to select the passed option.

See as far as I know, even if you appear for class 12 th board as private candidate , you have to qualify your class 11th, else you can get chance to appear for 12th boards, then how did you got the chance I don't know and if it happened then automatically it shows that class 11th is not applicable for you. But as far as I know you have to qualify class 11th before appearing for class 12th be it as a private candidate or by getting enrolled via any school.
