i failed to appear in my 2017 12th board, appeared next year in 2018 but fail, i again appear in 2019 passed with 67% .

Hello Akhilesh!

Candidates who have passed 10+2 from Open Schools or as private candidate shall not be eligible to appear for NEET (UG) this year. You can also check this information with the given NEET Broucher.
