I failed twice in 12th(2018,2019), if I will change by board and give board exam in 2020,will I get third attempt for jee advanced.
Yes you will as you have a fresh class 12 marksheet of year 2020. So your attempt will be counted from the year you passed 12 .No matter if you have given 12 exam in past. If you are giving 12 again then again you will get 2 attempts of Advance & 3 for Mains. Its based on answer by NIT Allahabad director when i contacted him with same matter of mine.Best of luck
I hope this will help you:
0)JEE main has 3 attempts.
1)Only JEE main cleared students can attempt JEE advanced.
2)JEE advanced has maximum of 2 attempts in consecutive years only.
So if you've already attempted twice, you cannot attempt again.
3)Also your first attempt of class 12 exam should be just a year prior to your final JEE advanced attempt.
Which in your case will be 2 years back.
4)There's no rule stating that you can change board to repeat exam.

Thank you!
Yes after changing the board you may for jee advanced but there will be some problem because your name ,address and DOB fathers name mothers will be same so there will be some problem if they check there history regarding you then you may get unrolled from the exam ..
SO BE AWARE
BEST OF LUCK
