I failed'n HSC'2019-20 in 3 subject nd I can reappear my 12th again this year but syllabus is change so which syllabus I've my exm t's yr?

As per your query if you have given the exam in 2019 and will be reappearing in the next year then you will have to study the recent syllabus at that time when you will be giving exams.
