I fall in the category of ews but I could not make changes at the given time due to my board exams so how should the category be corrected?

Sorry Dear,if the results of the respective exam you are talking about is already declared then you cannot make changes.
Else,you may contact the concerned authorities,they will give you the further details what is required and whether its possible or not.
