I fall under OBC in state list, but General under National list, so am I eligible for EWS category for DU Admissions. And how to apply for EWS certificate under these circumstances.

Hello,
If you are applying Delhi University for national list then you are a general category candidate. Because EWS is mandatory for general category candidate who are economical weaker sections. Like if your parents income less than 8 lakh per annum then you are under EWS category. Otherwise you are a normal general category candidate. But if you apply as State quota candidate then you are an OBC category candidate. I hope you can understand.
