i feel very distracted please tel. me some solutions of it

Hello Alok,

Dont worry it's normal to feel distracted it happens with every student so dont panic.What you need to know and focus on is why you feel distracted only than you can solve it the few possible distractions could be

1.Mobile-This is one thing you just cannot get rid off.To get rid of this issue you need to give up your phones and get a small Nokia kind of phone so you cant use any social media the biggest distraction.Try and figure out your goal once you do that nothing can stop you because you would be more focused on what you have to do and you shall work accordingly so this is the only solution of this particular problem once you get a small phone you will not be using any social media handles or anything of that sort so I hope this way you could get rid of your mobile habit to not keep your phone around you value of starting keep it away from you and continue the starters till the date your exams are over

2.Laptop- laptop is another kind of distraction often on mobile se laptop support in case we don't know any answers on we get from bill on any question of an what we do is that pea complete the question with the help of searching answers on YouTube Google can we do not stop there won't be start searching and answers slowly be shipped on to watching some series on Netflix or Amazon prime and what not so the other thing is that whatever queries or whatever I doubt you have market and at the end when you are done with all of your questions and all of the study staff that you have to do for that day only then watch the query or ask your teacher so that when you ask to teacher she she she would be telling you much more thing and you'll be getting extra knowledge I hope this methodology will help you get rid of your distraction using the laptop

3.Friends- it's rightly said everyone is different often it is possible that two friends hang out together but one is going great and the other one is not that is because the friend could be a great destruction especially when you are in your 11th and 12th in preparing for Major competitive exams library and so it is important that this two years you do not go around brands and all and be more focused on your career and your competitive exams with his friends if they are true friends they shall remain but this exam and this two years will not come back again so the only way to get rid of destruction this kind of destruction at least is staying away from them and focusing more on your exams

3. Part of improving your mental focus is all about making the most of the resources you have available. Stop multitasking and instead give your full attention to one thing at a time.

4. It's all about putting away distractions, whether they are physical or psychological and being fully mentally engaged in the current moment.

4. Practicing mindfulness will help you to disengage from intrusive thoughts and return your focus to where it belongs.

5. Take short breaks as these short moments of respite might mean that you are able to keep your mental focus sharp and your performance high when you really need it.

6. Keep practicing whatever you're doing to add more focus every time you try doing it.
