Dear aspirant,I am not getting clearly what you are asking.You should provide us complete question so that we can help you.Now i think that you have filled rural weightage but not having a rural weightage certificate.So,this is a wrong or either a unfair task.You can resolve this problem by g etting a written notice DM and submit it at UP board office and call on UPSEE helpline.They will help you in the course of further process.You should have a valid certificate only then you can avail the benefits.So,try reaching UP board office and try on their helpline.
