For NEET preparations you first need to be willing to do hardwork and denote most of time studying. You need to start by11th and 12th Biology, Physics and Chemistry NCERT books. They will help you clearing your concepts. Then get to your reference books which can be any institute's study material or books like Pradeep or Dinesh for solving questions.
For biology you can concentrate on your NCERT only but for physics and chemistry you will need help of reference books for solving problems. Be regular in solving numericals of physics and chemistry.
Be regular in your preparations. Do not skip days as each and every day is important for you.
Do solve previous years papers. They are a great help as some questions might repeat.
Regarding counselling, after you qualify NEET exam, you need to register for counseling. College websites announce dates for counseling procedure. After registration they prepare a merit list based on the number of registrations they receive. You are then asked to report the counseling centre on particular day with some of your documents. If they found you suitable they will get your admission done the same day.

To prepare for the NEET exam, you must first check the detailed syllabus and pattern of the exam. NEET exam consist of questions from Physics, Chemistry and Biology. There are total 180 questions in the exam, 45 questions from the Physics section, 45 from Chemistry and 90 questions from the Biology section.
Questions in the exam are asked from the syllabus of Class 11th and Class 12th.
The exam is scheduled to be conducted on 5 May 2019 in Offline (pen and paper) mode.
If your basic concepts of class 11th and class 12th are clear, you should check the previous year question papers and mock tests. It will help you to know about the exam pattern, difficulty level of the exam and type of questions asked in the exam.

Now it is the time for revision. With exams just a month away. But you can still succeed if you only focus for the next few weeks. The syllabus is completely based on 10+2. So if you wrote your Board exams well, you can crack NEET too. Just follow few tips. Follow NCERT for Biology. For Physics, Try to learn the formulas and derivations, so that you can solve problems in one go. Focus more on Chemistry because it is a tough subject. Chemistry is divided into Inorganic, Physical and Organic chemistry. For inorganic chemistry, you must refer to the NCERT. Organic comprises of many reactions and reagents which can be practised by writing over and over again. Physical chemistry requires a comparatively deeper understanding of concepts, so preparing with the NCERT and referring to study material a level higher than NCERT should be your aim. Dont answer unless you are sure because there is negative marking.
