There is no window for correcting your MHT CET application form.But you can cancel your application and fill a fresh application form.You need to login with your credentials and cancel the application.You need to enter the OTP which is sent to your registered mobile number.The amount will not be refunded if you cancel.If you have not made the final submission you can edit the details

The authorities will open the correction window for MH CET tentatively during the first week of April. During this period, you can make changes to the application form. You can login with your credentials, make the necessary changes and submit the form. You need to take a print out of the saved changes for future reference.
