i fill my form in ews category which is state level and in gujarati . will be my application form rejected??

No it won't
Ews form is mostly of the state permitted and it's valid.
Be ready with your certificate for verification and submission in the alloted college , failing which , your seat may be cancelled.
The form must have the sign and stamp of your local mandal .
