The recurrence of siimilar glitches reported by many candidates show that there is a technical fault at their end. There have been issues logging in, trying to pay and then proceed for further steps etc. AIIMS has not released any official notification regarding the dealing with this issue. Most likely, it will be resolved eventually if not immediately. Please close all tabs and logout from your mobile or any other device where you might have accessed the account. Moreover try again using a different browser, clear cache, clear browsing history, restart, re-login and then try it again. Maybe if nothing works, it is better to write directly to them or get on a call with them.
Hiii There is a lot of traffic on the site as everybody is trying to complete their registration and so due to a lot of interfarence, there is some issue. Please clear the cache of your browser and reload the page and then see if the status of your payment changes. Also i would request you to wait for atleast 24 hours after the payment, sometimes it takes time. If still there is no change you need not to worry, you can proceed with your payment once again and complete the registration. Make sure when you do the payment again, use some other payment gateway not the same one that you had used. By making the payment again you will be able to complete your registration and the previous payment that was deducted would be refunded to you within 3-5 working days once the process is completed.
