For this you need to understand the checking process of OMR sheets. When you enter the paper code, that means that the option in your set are designated and fed to the OMR machine. Now the machine opens that data file and checks it with the input you have provided. Now if you have put a wrong paper code then it will check your answers with some other paper as you know that there are sets of paper in NEET and each paper have unique arrangement of the question. So either you will get a wrongly checked marks or you may get cancelled until and unless there are manual supervision facilities which checks the entered paper code with any allocation sheet. If there is something like that then you have a possibility of accurate evaluation else it would be tricked one.
