i filled 60 choices nit. i got seat in choice 13 in 1 rnd. i chose float mode. in next rnd, i'll get seat above 13 only or belove 13 can get

You will either remain at 13 or move up, there is no question of getting anything below.

Hi Ismail.

As you got choice no. 13 in JoSAA round one, and you chose FLOAT option, you will be considered for next rounds, in which you can get options higher than that. ie. options 1 to 12. If you'e not allotted any seat in next round, you can get admitted to the option no. 13.
