I filled EWS undertaking form in Feb registration and now I have an original one. So, where will I upload it? or is it necessary to upload ?

Hi Aspirant,
Hope you are doing great as per the question asked by you yes you need to upload your issued E.W.S certificate as undertaking won't work at the time of admission. You need to mail the authorities that where documents should be uploaded or should be shared they will guide you regarding the same.
